DC, HRP, Galvanized, Stainless and Aluminum materials in thickness between 0.3 and 4 mm are shaped with hydraulic and eccentric presses ranging from 25 to 500 tons. The metal parts that are shaped in our press shop undergo operations such as heat treatment process, powder paint and galvanized coating according to our customer’s requirements.

We are able to produce metal processing molds which perform cutting, punching, bending and forming operations. Our Chmer brand wire erosion, Hummer milling machine benches and well trained staff using CAD/CAM application enable us to produce manuel&progressive molds and hence metal parts in technical tolerances.

Our Cut to Length Line has the ability to scale 1500 mm width roll up to 10 Tons at speed of 30 MT per minute.
